Cruel Summer

Well, it isn't really -- but here I am!
Ever since school ended I've been busy, busy, busy! Not only am I taking 16 credits worth of summer classes (two of those are finished and three will be done next week, leaving one lonely little class), but I am also doing a show!

Ready? Set? SHAMELESS PROMOTING!!

The show is called Awesome 80s Prom by Ken Davenport. I am portraying the character of "Molly Parker," the freshman who desperately wants to be on the varsity cheerleading team, but is being bogged down by her geeky twin brother, Lloyd. The show is mostly in freeform format and only select scenes are scripted. We had a great opening last Friday, the 18th and we hope to have more great shows! The dates are: July 9th and 23rd and August 13th and 27th at Jimmy the Greek's in Old Orchard Beach. (Right off of Route 1 South coming from Portland)

Anyway, the summer is still young and I still have so much to do!
As a final note I am going to state that I have conquered (part of) one of my fears: heights.
Roller coasters? Bring 'em on!
Have a safe and fabulous summer!
Cheers,
M.E.J.
